New Hope Midcoast is the Regional Domestic Violence Resource Center serving Midcoast Maine. Since 1981, our staff have been here to serve individuals affected by domestic abuse, dating violence and stalking.

New Hope Midcoast believes that a life free from abuse is a fundamental human right and works to build a culture that will not tolerate domestic abuse. We support people as they create pathways to safety. By educating and empowering our communities, we support a more just and effective response to domestic violence and abuse.

We offer 3 onsite locations serving Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo counties in Maine.

Rebuilding Together-Lincoln County (RT-LC) was formed by a group of local citizens in the Boothbay Region in 2002. It is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization affiliated with the National Rebuilding Together organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. 

Each year Rebuilding Together-Lincoln County participates along with the other affiliates across the nation in a National Rebuilding Together Day, which for our affiliate occurs on a Saturday in late April or early May each year. This is the day that volunteers skilled, semi-skilled, and those with no specific skills come together that morning to receive assignments to work on a designated home which has been selected to receive Rebuilding Together-Lincoln County services.

​RT-LC also performs urgent repairs needed to keep our qualified neighbors warm during the cold winter months with repairs and updates such as adding insulation, replacing storm doors, caulking windows, wrapping pipes and other tasks to keep out the cold air.

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Boothbay Harbor, where more than 70 community leaders volunteer their skills and resources to help address community needs and global issues.

Through Rotary, I have discovered what is possible when a group of individuals get together to make a difference. It matters not at all that we come in many shapes and sizes, backgrounds, or age-ranges—what we have in common is more important than our differences. We believe in Service Above Self.
